Lots of things out of order; - Elevator OOO - Pool Area permanently closed - Outside doors don't lock - Shower in room didnt drain properly - Couldnt connect to internet - Blackout blinds dont close all the way Otherwise, staff was very kind and breakfast and the bed were fine, which is all that was really needed. But feels like higherups need to refocus some funds back to maintenance

Luckily we got a ground floor room because the elevator is broke and according to the front desk, they dont know if it will ever be fixed. The hot tub and pool were also closed. The room seemed clean but the area between the bathroom wall and bed smelled very musty like it had been wet and on the other side of the room, in front of the mini fridge, the carpet was damp. It was quiet and the staff was great. We could have moved to another room but it was on the 2nd floor and I am not able to climb stairs.
