"It was a very comfortable stay. Our room was clean and well organized. Breakfast and parking were included, which was a great bonus. The pool was closed for the season, but that was okay. Staff were helpful too. The location is excellent, with very close proximity to everything you might need grocery stores, a gas station, Dollarama, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. If you're heading to the beach, it's just a few blocks away. We didn’t have to worry about parking since everything was within walking distance. Also, it’s only a 6-7 minute drive to YYJ airport or Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Really convenient place to stay if you’re going for an early or late departures. "

"The heating/fan/AC unit was very noisy and room was musty no matter how often I ran the fan. Only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom and no backup rolls and had no tissues when I checked into the room. Otherwise, overall an okay place to stay for only 3-4 nights. Bed was okay, small gym but good equipment! More options than many hotel gyms. Staff was kind. Breakfast was ok- glad to have basics and to-go box! Not super ideal but sufficed for the purpose of this trip."

"The staff was very friendly. He put us in a newly renovated room with an ocean view. The room was very clean and nice. There were a few things that could be improved: the shampoo / conditioner combo didn't seem to do either. There was only 1/2 a roll of TP when we checked in. And the hot water completely turned off between 9 pm and midnight. We were only there one night so maybe this is not a common occurrence. We would still try it again sometime anyway."
