A bath or shower/WC is also located on this floor. The fully equipped open kitchen connects directly to the veranda, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. From the living room, guests have direct access to both the garden and the veranda.
The lower ground floor, which corresponds to the basement level, houses a double bedroom along with a shower/WC, offering a quiet and private space for guests.
