This is a very nice unit in a very nice and well located development. We have stayed in it before and liked it enough to return. There were a few glitches this time though: A wiring problem rendered all living area electrical outlets inoperative, so no lights until we borrowed a long extension cord from our local family to access a distant working outlet. Also there were issues with the heat. Once they get those sorted we’d come back again.

This place is absolutely amazing! The pictures just don't do it justice, you walk in and are in awe of the space this place has. The big bedroom was perfect for our one family with 2 babies. They loved the twin beds!!! It was so close to all of the places we wanted to visit plus Walmart right across the street, can't get any better than that! The only problem we had was there was no dish soap, dishwasher soap or trash bags but I messaged the host and he responded very quickly and even refunded my money for purchasing these items plus some. We were so pleased with this place, we already want to come back and are looking into another trip!! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!

Convenient Location

Great beach access. The parking fee should be included in the rental. Having to go to the office and pay 40 per vehicle to park in the private parking lot was odd.

We loved the condo. We couldn’t get over how big it was. It was so spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was nice and having the beach right across the street was great and being close to restaurants and WalMart was convenient. There was good communication with the owner. We would like to come back and stay there again sometime.

Fabulous condo!

Great accommodations in a wonderful location. Loved being able to sit outside and look out at the pool. Beach is across the street. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great experience!

Our experience was so great we want to return for a week! The condo exceeded our expectations with its beautiful beach themed decor (complete with a Christmas tree!) The kitchen was well appointed with anything we could need. Everyone was pleased with the sleeping arrangements and at no time did we feel we crowded. The location on the seawall was perfect and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. We were a bit confused by our exit instructions because we could not find the laundry on the 3rd. floor. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience!

Short but comfortable stay

We stayed for 2 nights on our way to South Padre and to celebrate my husband's birthday. The condo was very spacious, super comfortable and nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive with communication and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, rental size and pool

Had a 3 night stay at dawn condos. Would definitely come again if ever staying here. Short walk to the beach and 2 really nice pool areas to lounge in. The place itself was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space to sleep and also relax. Only minor complaint was a bad mildew smell likely from previous Guests having wet clothes alll around the furniture or carpets and it not airing out in time. Nothing that a candle or air freshener could not solve. The place was very clean with plenty of towels. Communication with the host was a bit slow but nothing terrible. 5 stars.

Family Trip

“Seas the Day” was perfect for our family trip! The property is located close to all the fun activities we did like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, putt putt and bowling. The pool is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order during our stay. The unit was spacious and decorated so cute! Management was easy to get in touch with and the instructions for check-in and check-out were simple and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend a stay at “Seas the Day”!

An amazing place on the seawall!

We love this place so much that it's our 2nd year that we stayed here. We usually switch from place to place each year. The floor plan is amazing, no nice and roomy and well thought out. And we love being right on the seawall, so close to the beach. Close to Pleasure pier and nice restaurants too. We enjoy having the pool here also. We appreciate the hosts. Thank yall!
