About this property

Enjoy a unique experience with a lagoon in your backyard, away from the crowds

  • On the Water in a Peaceful Lagoon. The bay house is designed specifically to get away while connecting with family, friends. While avoiding the normal rush of people to Galveston. Enjoy all the activities this property has to offer while kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, boating, and much more within minutes of the house.

    It offers a large deck facing the bay with great water views from both the upper and lower decks. A wall of windows overlooking the lagoon and bay. The home has spacious bedrooms and open living, dining areas, and covered decking. Come enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle and recharge your batteries with family and friends. Increased cleaning measures have been implemented.

    This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in a fully renovated property. (The house has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the top / main level. Jamaica beach city has recently instituted several ordinances on vacation rentals one is #2025-03. It doesn't allow bedrooms on the lower level of the house to be counted on vacation rental listing sites.., even though there is a full room with areas for "resting" and bathroom on the bottom level for your use while at the property.)

Please leave any beds that have been slept in unmade. This will let the cleaning crew know which beds need to be changed.
Please put bagged garbage in the cans under the stairs and then place any cans that are full near the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dogs larger than 30 lbs will need to be approved. Pets may stay in the downstairs room, but are not allowed on furniture and beds.
No more than 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Absolutely no parking in the grass.
