Welcome to Canal Breeze @ 21720 Deaf Smith in Sea Isle!
We acquired this property in September of 2024 and have been updating and improving since.
I made this listing "live" prior to professional pictures due to many of our previous guests asking for availability in Sea Isle for 2025. Professional pictures and video tour coming soon!!
The ground level is fully fenced. It includes a bar area with roll up window with granite bar top, 8 bar stools, a sectional couch, 2 Smart TVs, 2 person swing, hammock, bathroom with toilet and sink, 2 kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, Weber charcoal grill, swim ladder, and outdoor shower.
The green underwater fishing light automatically comes on at dusk and a fish cleaning table is located over the water.
The boat lift is available to guests and is rated for 4,000 pounds. The beam width of the slip/lift is 110 inches, and it will accommodate a max 23ft. boat. There is NO room in the boat lift/slip for any type of canopy/sunshade boat top or helm tower. If your boat is larger there is plenty of room for parking in the concrete driveway for a boat on a trailer and the community ramp near the Sea Isle Marina will be available during your stay.
You will have access to the boat ramp and the fishing pier during your stay. Please return the keys at check-out. Sea Isle HOA is very proud of the keys and charge $150/key to replace.
The home has all new bed frames, mattresses, and linens in every bedroom. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms are shower/tub combinations. The complete HVAC system is new (with new ductwork) and so is the 50-gallon water heater. The hurricane rated windows, and stainless appliances are also new.
There is a full-size washer dryer available in a laundry closet of the kitchen on the main floor as well as an empty full-size pantry for all of your goodies!!! I have a few basics in the laundry: 6-8 beach towels, 5-6 laundry pods and dryer sheets, stain remover, ironing board and iron.
The kitchen is fully stocked!!!! Dishes, pots/pans, blender, Keurig, and drip coffee, crock pot, toaster, etc.
It also comes with a "stater pack" which includes:
hand soap and dish soap
5-6 dishwasher pods
5-6 coffee pods
coffee filters
3-4 trash bags
1 full roll paper towels
salt, pepper, garlic salt, cooking spray, sugar, powder coffee creamer along with a few basic cleaning supplies under the sink.
There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The kitchen has 4 counter height bar stools and a 6-place dining table. The large living room includes the electric fireplace, 56" Roku TV, and 2 couches and chairs. The spacious deck facing the bay includes 6-place outdoor table under the pergola and 2 new bar height chairs as well as a 2-person swing. The upper deck has 2 bar height chairs with a table.
The two bedrooms on the main floor include a king bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, Roku TV. The bathroom on the main floor is independent of the bedrooms. The upper level has one very large bedroom with 2 queen beds. It has amazing views of the bay with its own private exterior door and balcony. The room also has a ceiling fan, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom also independent of the bedroom.
Both bathrooms have new towels, 3-4 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer, and makeup wash cloths.
Improvements will continue to occur! We are currently painting the exterior of the house. Please excuse the 2 colors!!! Painting only occurs when the house is not rented!
We added a NEMA 14-50 EV charger.
We know this property is a new listing. This is our 4th home in Sea Isle to update and list on this platform. We have all 5-Star reviews. We take great pride in the amenities, cleanliness, and the maintenance required on the water. This house might be my favorite that we have done thus far. It is very comfortable with a lot of different seating areas, new beds, new AC, new windows, and new appliances. It is just an overall great house with amazing views of both the sunrise and the sunset.
Sea Isle also has a community pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pass is $100 paid directly to the Sea Isle Office. The fee is not included in the rental. The pass is good for one week. I can help you secure the pass if you are interested.
We owner manage our home. We are not concerned with occupancy rate like the large rental companies. We are concerned with cleanliness and maintenance. We love it here and hope that you will have an amazing stay. We will be on call and in the neighborhood for the duration of your stay.

Dogs must be on a leash. Pick up after dogs. Do not leave dog unattended on property unless kenneled. Keep dogs off furniture and beds. No cats.
