「This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! 」

「Such a charming space, well laid out, with everything we needed. We rented for 3 weeks while my daughter attended a class in Sacramento. I was worried about the summer heat on an upper floor unit, but the AC worked well and kept us comfortable. It's really a great space that felt open and spacious, while being cozy at the same time. I had never spent time in Sacramento and found it very walkable from this location. I would rent this space again.」

「Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!」

「There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. 「We had a great time at our Friendcation at the Ranch this year! The hospitality was second to none, with constant communication and assistance when issues arrived (broken dryer, meant daily laundry service until they could replace it). It’s a ranch so critters are too be expected but it was handled with professionalism and timeliness. So much space for our group to spread out, pool was wonderful, and hot tub too! We plan on coming back year after year as our tradition home! 」
