「Great location! If you are driving and want a safe place to park, this is it. It was nice to be able to see your vehicle and not be crammed in a parking garage or paying for a valet. The walk to Broadway was safe, all downhill. After bar hopping or just walking all of Broadway we did take a Lyft back to the room for almost nothing. Very convenient. The neighbors were friendly with recommendations. We even went and visited the Fire station next door and got our Nashville Fire T shirts. If...

Super quiet (despite being next to music establishments), well outfitted, and very comfortable. We encountered one issue with our checkin code but the host immediately remedied that. 「I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.」

「The rooms were nice, big and bright. Carpet and couch were stained. Nice big balcony but had to share it with multiple trains coming in and out all night and morning. High rise being built beside, starting construction at 6am. Lots of blankets and towels, outdoor pool was nice and warm but had to listen to trains and no real peace Walk was alright to broadway/downtown, you are located directly beside a homeless shelter/church, which was fine, just not what we are used to.」
