「When i arrive the hotel staff was normal customer service. Then they are charged me extra for my boyfriend, and they not giving me receipt. At that point, also they are charging for the parking and tv. I have to parking my rental vehicle on the street, They don’t have on the air condition, I have really bad sleep in that hotel. 「Building and room access via codes, sent via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. The apartment could have been provided with a kettle. There was no ventilation (working) so the apartment was hot and stuffy, which did not help sleeping, in addition the mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable. 「Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación y el hecho de que tiene una pequeña cocinita. Lo peor y que nos fastidió el fin de semana, es que es extremadamente ruidoso. Tened en cuenta que se escucha absolutamente todo. Pasos, conversaciones, ronquidos, televisión... El suelo es de madera y se ollen todos los pasos. Además la ducha no tiene casi presión de agua y el agua sale caliente como la lava de un volcán. Da igual que la regules la máximo de fría.」

「現地にスタッフはいません。それ自体は特に気にしないのですが、何かトラブルがあったときにWhatsApp経由で対応しなければいけないのが面倒だったこととチェックアウトした後に荷物を預ける設備がこの建物にはないので、系列のホテルに約15分ほどかけて、荷物を持っていかなければ、荷物を預けることができないと言うところは欠点ではないかと思いました。‎WhatsApp Kの連絡自体はとてもスムーズで的確な対応してくれるので、そこに不安はありませんが、一般的なホテルと比べるとフロント機能がない不便はあります。」

「En los 3 días y medio no fueron a limpiar ni a cambiar las toallas. Las dejamos en la bañera y nada. La bombilla que titilaba sí, de forma efectiva. Pero no nos cambiaron las toallas. Por todo lo demás excelente.」
