「Great staff, clean hotel. Nice location.」

「Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast but still had a nice variety of foods.」

「Unclean, elevator inspection was 2 months past due, large dogs barking at night, had many issues waiting on or solving a misunderstanding with staff, and all of this with a general sense of unsafety. I would never stay here again.」

「Helpful staff and service!」

「My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.」
