Come stay at our spacious new property, only 2.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium! We are perfect for any University of Florida stay or Gainesville visit.

Our home is a brand-new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Clean, new, comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house is brand new and very clean. There is plenty of natural light. It was close to many restaurants and stores. The manager was very responsive and responded quickly to a few small issues we had.

Great Stay in Brand New House!!

I recently stayed at a beautifully furnished, brand new Vrbo property in Gainesville, FL, and it was an exceptional experience. The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The host was fantastic, maintaining excellent communication throughout the booking process and our stay. I highly recommend this property and give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

Very nice!

Came down for a final move out for my daughter's apartment. This place was very nice, spacious, great kitchen amenities. Highly recommended. Will try to book again when visiting!

Our stay was great. Place was nice and clean. Location was about 1 mile from downtown. Close proximity to UF. Very minimal bedding. No extra pillows or blankets. Overall - a great option for visiting UF.

Lovely place!

The area seemed a little sketchy, but the house was really nice and really clean! Parking was a little crowded when guests for the other houses checked in, but it wasn't bothersome nor inconvenient. The owner sent regular updates and emails which was made the whole check in and check out processes a breeze!

Beautiful Home

Home just as described. My family stayed here over thanksgiving weekend while visiting my Mother who is in a Nursing home in Gainesville. We had plenty of space, good location. Immaculate home! Parking is a little tricky but I would Highly recommend. We are in Gainesville atleast once a month and we would certainly stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

This property was perfect for our Gator's Graduation Weekend! It was both spacious and immaculate. Nicholas was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a quick and timely manner. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Will definitely book again!

Holiday at Gator Grove

We were very comfortable at this property. The bed we used was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We appreciated the liquid soap supplied in all the bathrooms, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, the availability of a hairdryer, the supply of coffee filters, the dishwasher soap, the laundry soap pods, and other general amenities that we did not have to buy. The kitchen was great. The vibe was nice. We will save this property as a favorite.

Great place to stay for Gator games

The property is beautiful! Very nicely decorated. Across the street is a community garden that is a lovely spot to walk in the morning. We came for Gator baseball and we're not disappointed with the accuracy of the listing. The only suggestion we have is darker curtains in the bedrooms because the security lights are on all night and they shine through the windows.

Family weekend

The house was perfect for our family weekend at UF. Very clean, plenty of room, easy check in etc. We had three cars so parking was a little tight, but totally manageable. great location - easy & cheap Uber/Lyft rides to campus and stadium so we didn’t have to fuss with parking. Although we didn’t need it, the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Highly recommend.

Excellent UF Graduation Stay

A wonderful stay at this new, beautiful and very convenient property, one of a few that could accommodate our group of 6, in town for daughters 2 day Doctoral graduation ceremonies. It was perfect, easy drive to UF & several spots a few blocks away that we have enjoyed over the years. The Gator Grove-Colonial House was clean, well organized, quiet & safe. It was perfect for our sister & brother n law, and daughters Godmother & the grad, to stay together comfortably, making this a wonderful family time! Nick’s precheck-in instructions were clear and he was quickly responsive to the one question we had. Hoping for an excuse to return.

Long Weekend for Swim Camp

Our family went to Gainesville for a long weekend to go to the University of Florida swim camp. We had a great stay. And the neighbors at the other homes were quiet and courtesy. This property is CLEAN and spacious. We were in the back house on the left (302) I believe. I drive a large SUV and we had room to park but if we would’ve had another car it would have been tight. If you have multiple vehicles the front units would be best. See you next year!

The home was immaculate. Almost every square inch clean and beautiful. The drawers in the refrigerator could have been cleaned better. They were a little gross. Other than that everything was clean and neat and tidy.Everything was in good repair. There were a couple of towel racks that were loose enough that I was afraid that may fall off the wall. The toilet paper dispenser in the downstairs bathroom was falling off the wall also. These are very small things, not a big deal at all. Overall a beautiful, beautiful home. Very well taken care of, very clean and nice. We hope to stay again in the future! Five stars!
