Best thing was the bed. TV nearly black and white, bathroom sink & tub stained but not cleaned either. Toilet filthy inside and this the 4th room we settled for since was late and other hotels unavailable. As a Wyndham member disappointed to keep purchasing properties and not upgrade or upkeep it. 😩🤔 My friend next door room and and plumbing issues front desk told her she has to do it herself because no one upfront. After asking prior team about their plumbing because 1st room 209 wasn't flushing right and smelled like urine and sewer, so asked for another 2 rooms 309 and 311 issues yub and sink. That's why settled for another room opposite side. Property Management experience kicked in but they denied it. Housekeepers gone by 3/4 pm didn't help. Yes, traveled with our products but plumber too far.

Tidy room. But stained bedsheets and carpet -rm 2145. Handicap shower was disgusting. Check-in staff, breakfast staff, and check out staff (same person as breakfast staff) both were awesome -warm and friendly. Breakfast was minimal continental, but was as expected. Seemed like frozen waffles that go in toaster, oj, coffee, tea, bagels/muffins, yogurt, and packaged muffins.

Here’s a clear, professional, and corrected version that keeps your message strong but readable: ⸻ The staff was polite, though it’s hard to understand how this place is still in business. The moment we walked into the room, the smell was unbearable—strong, dirty body odor that made it impossible to stay, let alone sleep. The room was extremely filthy and difficult to even describe. The bedding appeared to have blood stains, and the bathtub was so dirty and in such poor condition that I wouldn’t recommend anyone shower there. The furniture looked worse than what you’d find at a thrift store. The walls were stained, and there were roaches in the room. We immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund. The front desk attendant didn’t even ask for a reason, likely because she was already on the phone with another location requesting a refund for another guest. We were charged $161 through this app, yet when we checked the hotel’s website, the same room was listed for $83 per night. After midnight, we had to find another hotel—thankfully, we did, otherwise we would have had to sleep in our car. This was a truly horrible experience!

Good stuff first: The customer service was excellent. The man that helped us check in and assisted us with an issue in our room was great. We didn't see any bugs, so that's a plus. There was a nice big refrigerator, which was also nice. However, the room itself was terrible. Definitely not the quality of the one in the photo. It was worn out and not updated and it smelled. I am disappointed that Wyndham put its name on this hotel. I would not stay here again and it only got 2 stars because the customer service was so good.
