  • This full service cabin has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Outside, there are front and back decks for relaxing as well as a fire pit with wood available for purchase on site. Inside features a full service kitchen/dining/living room combination, one bedroom with Queen sized bed and full bath. Wifi is provided along with a smart TV. Area attractions include PA Rail Trail for biking and hiking, Dark Skies at Cherry Springs, Quaint town of Wellsboro near the PA Grand Canyon, and many other biking and hiking trails.
    Visit the Pine Creek Valley and stay at this relaxed country setting. Located just off from Route 6 near the Village of Gaines. For past reviews of your hosts, see VRBO listing #785244, Sweet Spot. This cabin, Sugar Shak, is located right next door.

Great little cabin

We enjoyed our weekend away at the Sugar Shack. There were great local restaurants just down the road and plenty of access to outdoor adventures. The cabin offered a cozy place to hide from the storms and rest up for another day of adventuring. Can’t wait to go back again.

Adorable little cabin

Perfect retreat for two. Quiet and seems remote, but still close to the Pine Creek Rail Trail and only twenty some minutes from Wellsboro.

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway here! We loved our stay. The cabin is clean, homey, and perfect for a couple! The surrounding area is gorgeous and we loved sitting by the fire pit at night. Lyle and Shelly are great hosts and communication was super easy. We came to the area for the Cherry Springs and this was a great location. The sky here is amazing too! It was a 30 min drive to the park area and 20 min to Wellsboro. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive.

Cozy Cabin

We were pleasantly surprised that this cozy cabin in the woods was the perfect "home" for us while we rode sections of the Pine Creek Trail in the PA Grand Canyon. After returning at night, we sat out at the firepit and then came in to relax in the cozy atmosphere of the cabin. It was perfect for the two of us and we chose the perfect amount of nights (3) to stay.
