Itaca, monolocale caratteristico con tutti i confort.

"ITACA" is a typical studio apartment with a loft that evokes the old fishermen’s homes of the village, given its proximity to the waterfront (about 50 meters) and its location right in the heart of downtown. "Itaca" was renovated in 2023, infusing a modern spirit into this traditional historic building. It is accessed via steps worn smooth by time, silent witnesses to countless footsteps. It features an induction cooktop, a washing machine, a full bathroom, and sleeps up to four comfortably.
