Tried 3 different rooms all had not been cleaned. Beds had used sheets on them. Found a women's bra next to the bed. Slept in my clothes.

stinky room

the room smelled like smoke. there was an ashtray on the night stand. the bed had cigarette burns on it. the sink had cigertte burns on it. there were roaches in the room.

I am moving across the country with a rental truck and a tow trailer towing a vehicle. This is my second time doing this, and I had made a reservation. After getting roadside assistance over something that wasn’t my fault and taking longer than I wanted getting gas, I called the hotel where I had a reservation begging the people who answered to cancel my reservation or at least transfer it to the next day because I was too exhausted to keep driving safely. The man who answered yelled at me and said he didn’t charge my card and hung up. I had been charged and Expedia tried to get me a refund but could not. I explained I’d needed emergency roadside assistance and wished I could stay the next day or at another one of this company’s hotels. Phone attitude of person answering was terrible.

Needed a place to bed down for the night and this did the job. When you’ve highwayed for 12 hours straight, as long as it’s clean, it’s cool, and the staff was attentive to my needs and very friendly. 👍

It looks as if the owner tries to save money by doing cheap repairs, at least in the room I was in. I should have known when I pulled up and there's no formal lobby and disclaimer signs about theft. $71, floors are updated lvp but that's pretty much it. Writing on bathroom door, toilet seat not wiped off, heavily discolored towels that bleach won't fix. Def an older building. Moisture damage above the shower, no venting. Older ceiling has sagging panels. Large room with king bed but so many opportunities for improvement! The crooked outlet by the tv was weird, clearly a diy patch job. Guessing the area is bad and people trash the place. I'd tear most down and rebuild smaller. Probably the last time I stay at a Budget Inn.

It’s too expensive to be having dirty towel, with black stains and blood stains, some of the toilets are falling off, some of the beds don’t have box springs, and the staff is not helpful at all. Also the tv is only limited to like 10 channels. You can go to Red Roof for $13 more and get clean new towels well put together toilets, a whole 100s of channels, everything’s clean and new, staff is helpful and nice, even has multiple snacks

Trashiest Trashy Motel to Ever Exist

Very unsafe. Windows do not lock. The staff charged me for 3 pets which one of those pets stayed in the car yet they still charged me even more for the one pet staying in the car. They charged me more in CASH in fees than Hotels.fom charged me for the room itself. The staff guy was very rude and threatened to kick us out because we had a third pet staying in our car! They are also not following fire code as there wasn’t even a smoke detector in our room. There’s black mold in the bathrooms. The floor was sticky. There were people in the parking lot looking through peoples car windows.

Nasty room. Very dirty and unsanitary, Blood stains on the bed and walls. The room had roaches, the curtains was barely hanging on or covering the window. Mold on the shower curtain and in the tub. The floors was dirty. Trash is already in the trash can and they made it clear no refund.

I accidentally booked a twin bed room and I needed a king. I called the property management and they switched my room to a king! Very nice people.

Upon check-in: 1 Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking-room. 2 - Roach on pillow. Turned pillow cases inside out. 3 - TV remote didn’t work (battery was missing). 4 - Mold in tub/shower and on cloth shower curtain. 5 - Shower towel mat was wet before I took a shower. 6 - Bed looked like it had just been fluffed and sheets not changed. 7 - More roaches. Had office spray 2nd day. Even a roach inside glass and liner of microwave door. 8 - Housekeeping never came by the room. I left an appropriate tip of nothing. 9 - Carpet was dirty enough to discolor my feet and socks. Would never stay there again. Could have bought a tent & sleeping bag at WalMart and gone to a campground, which would have been cheaper and more enjoyable.
