"Did not know that there were so many stairs to get to and from the bachelor apt., However Hosts were there at the time we arrived to check on things and graciously helped us up the stairs with our bags ! We really appreciated their friendliness and kindness after a long day . The oatmeal cookies that were left for us as a special treat were fantastic and waking up to a beautiful view with Canada geese on the lawn by the lake was amazing!"

"This was the first experience we ever had with a Vrbo or similar style of stay. We usually only stay in Hotels however if we are able to stay in places like this again then we will likely only stay here. This property was exactly as advertised and so clean! "Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay. As well, there was no "Welcome Basket" that we are accustom to seeing at other VRBOs that includes such things as preserves, crackers etc. (i.e. small items that are often not brought by travelers). Lastly, there was no Information packet that includes a list of recommended local restaurants and sites to see in the region (i.e. providing local knowledge). Again, this is often provided for guests who are not familiar with the local offerings. These are not significant issues by themselves, but they were noticed by their absence. This feedback was provided during our stay not as a criticism per se but as a means of enhancing the experience for future quests.That aside, everything worked as expected and the host was very responsive to any questions we had, which made the stay enjoyable and relaxing."
