「There was no rooms available and I said no problem. They took me to another place where it was not clean at all, sheets and pillows were dirty. No shampoo or soap 」

「The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, my experience was not very good. During the rain, there were several roof leaks inside the building. The spa was satisfactory, but the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor food quality, and some items did not seem fresh. 「The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. 」
