"Always a great experience. Stayed here many times. Many English speaking staff. Extremely close to park access. Variety of shops and services in the hotel. One of the only, if not THE only, major hotel to not discriminate against customers from various cultural and religious backgrounds that may have tattoos associated with their beliefs. They deserve tremendous applause for that alone, and are a model for the other major hotels to either follow, or fall to."

"The Good: ・Easy check in, easy check out ・Being a recently built hotel, the property is new and clean. ・It includes a 24hr convenience store built in. ・Has a giant bathing area. ・Food was good there. ・Close to the station The Bad ・Central heating is hotel-controlled, but you can adjust in your room. ・While food was good, dining choices are limited. ・Outside restaurants are sparse in the area. ・The station is not a major one, which means you must be careful when riding on trains (express will skip the station) The Others ・Roomy enough for me, but some might feel squished in. Just remember to store your suitcase under the bed. ・They have some right-wing books on the rack. I don't care, so it's not a problem for me. ・Make sure to get on the correct elevator!"

"It was a great hotel! Especially for those looking to Haneda as a gate to other places (Taiwan, Thailand, etc). Being right in the same Terminal as several airlines was a huge benefit for my wife and I as we could rest easily and not worry about missing our early morning flight."
