「Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, besser wie viele andere Hotels wo ich sonst bin. Ich übernachte viel, da ich im Außendienst arbeite. 」

「Empfang war sehr freundlich, man kann jederzeit das Team ansprechen. Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten . Preisleistung ist okay. Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Ideal für Kurzurlaub direkt am Fichtelberg. Hotel ist zu empfehlen.」

「Das wichtigste zuerst : Es ist sauber und ordentlich! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Mobilar und die gesamte Einrichtung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ⭐⭐⭐ Das Hotel liegt estwas abgelegen und somit sehr schön ruhig. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Man braucht jedoch schon ein Fahrzeug um in die Stadt zu kommen. ⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten Zimmer mit Balkon, welcher auch relativ groß war ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leider war der Pool nur bis 21.00h zugänglich, was uns es erschwerte ihn zu nutzen. ⭐⭐ Anwendung wie Massagen o. ä. vor Ort zu buchen ist...

「バイロイトから車で30分。典型的なドイツのクア・ホテル（保養ホテル）。4つ星なりのホテル。長期滞在がお勧め。」

「Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend 」

「Sehr schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, dunkles Zimmer im zweiten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl und Wlan, größtenteils schlechter, unfreundlicher Service.」

「予約より広めのアパートメントをもらえた。広くて快適だった。ホテルの設備は古め。レセプションのオープン時間が限られているのが不便。周囲はドイツでもう有名な自然公園になっていて環境は抜群。」

「We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne 」

「Great experience, short distance to the U.S. Army installation. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sauna rooms were top notch!!」

「Wir waren für eine Übernachtung hier und können uns überhaupt nicht beschweren. Vom ersten Moment an war allea positiv. Die Besitzerin ist mit vollem Herz dabei, das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」
