「The host , Chris, was so very efficient in responding to my questions. The room was clean and met our needs. There isn't extra space but nice little spot outside to sit. We weren't in Snug Cove to stay indoors. Perfect quiet neighborhood, close to town.

「Really beautiful view. The property is accessed by a very steep driveway, with parking above on the main road. It would not work for persons with mobility issues. We however have none, and managed just fine. Owners were lovely and live on site upstairs.」

「Our 2 nights stay at very good. Britannia beach is fantastic, our host Milton provided clear instructions for quick check in, was very responsive. Inside, place was very clean, kitchen well furnished, comfortable bedding, and plenty of seating space in the lounge. We also loved the outdoor decking space and sofa. 「The listing was misleading. It was not a "new" apartment, it was a basement suite in an older house that was poorly renovated 10 years ago with no working AC and hard twin mattresses.
That being said, if you don't mind squeaky loud footsteps from the tenants above, the place was clean enough with decent parking and a good view.」
