"Immediately when walking in there is a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience the pool is not available. The pool was the only reason we booked this hotel, there was nothing online that expressed the pooled would be unavailable instead they falsely advertised a pool (which was green because the filter system was broken) The hotel looked pretty clean upon arrival and staff was kind. However on Sunday night there was it looked like 2 different cockroaches in our room so that made me question...
