「The unit was in much need of some tlc. The walls were extremely dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. There was mold in the shower and the door didn't close all the way, so water went everywhere. There were cobwebs in the corners of multiple rooms and the unit needed some repairs. (laundry doors hard to open, trim falling apart, cracks in ceiling and walls). There were only 5 forks which is very inconvenient and the kitchen supplies that were provided needed to be replaced! The couch...

「We were disappointed with our expectation versus reality. The photos showed a great property for the price but it wasn’t quite up to par. There was a very strong mildew smell throughout the home. There were dirty sheets in one of the closets and the back porch was not usable due to excessive yard debris (the photos made it seem like this would be a nice sitting area). Midge communicated well and allowed us to extend our checkout time. If these issues were addressed we would stay again.」

「I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a pleasant and clean venue. It was well stocked with supplies and very comfy. We walked to the plaza up the street (5 minute walk) and had a pizza one night and burrito the next night. The location was close to many stores and the highway. Stacey, the manager, was very polite and always quick to reply to my texts. I will definitely reach out to book this VRBO when I visit Raleigh again. Trisha」

The kitchen, dining room, and family room were a great place for people to gather and unwind. The pictures do not do justice for what a great place this is. We highly recommend.」
