「The apartment was very clean and pics look like the advertised property. Communication between the owner and myself was easy and she was available if I had any questions. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area in the future. Great property! 」

「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 「Honestly you pay for what you get. It was incredibly loud and the walls are super thin. You could hear the upstairs tenants running around and there’s always people walking by and hanging out.
