"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"Bei Ankunft niemand da. Nachdem wir eine Telefonnummer gefunden haben, dauerte es weitere Minuten bis jemand da war. Reserviert waren zwei Zimmer nebeneinander, da ich mit meiner 88 jährigen Mutter angereist war. Wir bekamen Zimmer 8 im 1. OG und Zimmer 9 im 2. OG Auf Anfrage wann es Frühstück geben würde, kam die Antwort am nächsten Tag kein Frühstück verfügbar. Das angebotene Frühstücksbueffet fand an keinem Tag statt! "Das Zimmer war u.a mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher bestückt und von der Größe her für 2 Personen mit Hund völlig ausreichend. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch das Bad beeindruckte durch Geräumigkeit und die ebenerdige Dusche. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und auch sehr hundefreundlich. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Es war alles da was das Herz begehrte. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis hevorragend. Leider war es nur ein kurzer Trip aber wir kommen gerne wieder."

"This was a trip with my sister, the bed was like two single beds put together, German style. Okay. The room was clean and bathroom as well. It has a sitting area so one can relax and watch tv. Light comes in by the large window. Curtains are black out so during the night the light stays out. Breakfast was included and nothing beats the German breakfast buffet, trust me!
