「Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura a Pasqua per due notti: il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibile pronta ad aiutarci e a darci consigli sul luogo. Abbiamo trovato la camera calda (i termosifoni sono regolabili), e con tutto quello che ci serviva. La colazione buona, abbiamo mangiato briosche, taleggio, pane fresco e marmellata (si poteva anche mangiare biscotti e fette biscottate). Il parcheggio è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. 「チェックインの手順とコードの情報はもらっていましたが、夜遅くのチェックインだったので心配でしたが、同じ経営のレストランが１階にあったので、部屋の場所を教えてもらえました。また、翌日のタクシーの予約もしてくれ、その上、レストランにあったビールを買おうとしたところ、無料で１本くれました。非常にフレンドリーな人たちのおかげで、長旅の疲れも癒やされました。」

「フロントの方は，みな親切で質問にも丁寧に答えて頂きました．朝食もバラエティに富んでいてよかったです．駅から少し遠いのが欠点かもしれませんが，そのぶんコモ湖には近いので散策には便利です．」

Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!」

「The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful.
