「Overall, I had a nice stay and found the hotel comfortable and conveniently located. My room was nice and generally comfortable, and the staff were polite and welcoming. That said, the hotel is definitely starting to show its age. There was noticeable wear and tear and some visible damage in my room that could use attention. The television was also quite old and outdated—not a Smart TV—and the available viewing options were very limited. Another challenge for me as an international guest was...

「The building was old. No amenities (only small soap, towel). No Hair dryers. I payed R$6 for leave my baggage after check-out. The stuff can understand and speak English a little. It's ok for easy stay.」

「Hotel was in bad conditions. Very different than than pictures on Expedia」

「The worst nightmare in my life , very disappointed」

「Very quiet, confort bed and near everything」

「This hotel was absolutely awful to work with. The staff lied and were not accommodating at all. Would not recommend」

「Very good location and good breakfast, cleaning places and fast transportation access.」

「Café da manhã fraco. Quarto fraquíssimo, cartão de acesso não funciona. Só água com gás no frigobar. Chuveiro frio.」

Voltaria a me hospedar.」
