"This was a clean small house! There was ants everywhere. We could not keep anything on the kitchen countertops.The shower door kept coming off the track."
"Air conditioning did not work properly through the night so we did not get to sleep. It said it was 68 but it was not blowing cold. Told the front desk the morning of checkout, and they giggled and said oh that’s funny the last guest checking out said their room was too cold. Respectfully, we don’t really care. We were uncomfortable. We weren’t cold. You shouldn’t say that to a guest but instead say you’ll take care of it so the next guest doesn’t have to be hot all night. Other than that, Tony and Rachel are fantastic. Thank you. "

"Lots of room and places to gather for people of all ages, including some unexpected locations. Beautiful landscaping and improvements to the backyard with a great new wrap around deck with access to the pool area. My favorite spot was the screened in porch off the dining area -- shaded and quiet, great for early morning or evening beverages."

"The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency vehicle traffic and close to railroad tracks that was also busy. This didn't bother me but anyone who struggles with noise sensitivity should be aware. My friends expressed some unease of the location but i did not see anything that concerned me. Overall for price it was good. It looks to me like this is a newly turned over property. Hopefully owner is planning on adding some things to make it a more comfortable and useable. "

"Large house with 3br but just the two of us. Would be great for family or couples traveling together. Fun funky decorating very comfortable and lots of space to be separate. Some nice parks and restaraunts not far. We did lots of walking for dinner and happy hours. "
