「Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. 」

The house was amazing, we had 10 people plenty of room, very clean, description of property was what is was, outside space great for the kids (fenced in back yard & playset) Great communication with the host and very helpful. 「The house is spacious and generally in good repair. The internet is fast, the neighborhood is fine, and the house was clean and properly stocked. There were some issues though - the mattresses are quite uncomfortable, especially the master. There were air fresheners throughout, and at least one bedroom had a heavy pet odor. The grounds are in just ok shape and the yard while big is entirely empty - not a table or anything usable. All basic expectations met but with a little work could be much...
