「The staff is useful and friendly. The room is large and has some updates. We appreciated the fact that there was flooring and no carpet. Big plus for us. The bed was large but was more on the hard side which didn't lend to having a good night sleep. Pillows are a bit on the flat side. Towels were also very thin, but staff did give us more upon request without any questions. Hotel room was quiet even with its proximity to a big boulevard. Felt safe and parking was right in front of our room....

「Well just started that people in the office are extremely rude not helpful whatsoever or accommodating to customers . My makeup bag and. My luggage was left in the room and I went back for it 3 days later and they threw it away ????」

「We arrived about 10:30 pm. We choose this motel due to location and high ratings. The ratings were wrong. The room was not clean other than the trash cans were empty. We needed wash cloths and an extra pillow. The staff did not speak English or Spanish. Through gesturing we did finally get what was needed, and the next day a young boy (perhaps 12?) did speak some English and we were able to get the room cleaned. There was a refrigerator / freezer and a micro-wave. Neither were clean. The...

「I’m definitely done staying here it’s so dingy and bad smell. The sheets don’t look clean and I know cause I was itching the whole time. I don’t understand the price because they can’t get new towels and new sheets that’s awful. The TV is so small and the remote doesn’t work not the batteries everything is just run down. So bad that I would need some kind of credit. I’m so upset it was a waste of money.」
