"The water smelled so bad. I regretted taking a shower. The front staff wasn’t friendly."

"The only window in our room overlooked the breakfast area which staff took breaks in all nice/drunk people yelling all night/ chairs scraping across the floor. We paid for a jacuzzi suite mind you. The room was smelly and not very clean. The Air conditioning had a short and if we bumped the cord at all it shut off. All together not a great stay. Room was not clean there was a nasty stain on the ironing board. The security lock on the door didn’t even line up so we couldn’t use. The pool was shut down until almost closing time then when they opened it the room smelled so bad of sewage we couldn’t even be in there."

"I was disappointed in the house keeping, old bagels for breakfast, old oat meal that they just added water to, to bring it back to life which made it soupy. My room, the chair had dried substance on that was easy to remove they just didn’t try, the floor had dried food in multiple areas, the back of the office chair had something on it that was also easy to remove but no attempt from the staff. The room and microwave had an odor. I opened the window for fresh air, due to no screen a bird flew in and popped on the window ledge inside. I called and asked for help to clean it cause I didn’t want to use their towels for it. She said someone would be help to clean it and they never came. I would never visit there again and they should not be rated anything close to and 8. There was a swim dry towel on the elevator floor when I arrived there on Friday night and remained there till Sunday morning. Housekeeping never came to the room. "

"was in one room that wasnt bad, was clean when i arrived and i was happy with it. 6 days into my stay the office calls and tells me i have to move rooms because she had another booking for a room that needed two beds. then was told that i had to wait til another room was clean before i could even put my things into a different room. after about two hours of waiting i finally got a different room.... it was the same style room, with two beds.. but in way worse condition than the first. and to top it all off the new room was right next door to two rooms that theyre actively renovating/working on so for the last 3 days ive heard nothing but saws and grinders and the workers hammering on things. to say im unimpressed with things here is an understatement. like why couldnt the people who arent already here and in a room get the room i was moved to for no reason??"
