A nice hotel. Unfortunately there was no information about the fact that the access wasn’t possible due to road closures. We tried to reach the hotel by phone several times with no response. We finally found a parking and had to walk to the hotel with our luggage. A lifted eyebrow is not the kind of response we I expect from the receptionist when mentioning this inconvenience.

Parkchaos

Zimmer u Speisen gut- Parkplatz Katastrophe- es werden viel zuviel Parkplätze verkauft- dann wird man zugeparkt u kann das Hotel nicht passend verlassen- das ist sehr ärgerlich? Wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist- Durchgänge und Zufahrten sind doppelt belegt- einfach nur ärgerlich und das entgeltlich !!!! Das. Hotel sollte dies schnellstens überdenken- wenn eine Katastrophe z.B. Brandt etc. eintreten, hinters bei diesem aktuellen Zustand kein entkommen…. Die Kommune sollte einmal die Parkordnung überprüfen- ….

perfekte Unterkunft für eine Städtereise

Hotel in zentraler Lage. Schön, ruhig, sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Parkplatz der leider voll war und es wahrscheinlich auch oft ist. Es gibt aber einige öffentliche Parpkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe für 15€/Tag.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Nachteil, die Kirche ist gegenüber. Die Kirchenglocken fingen früh am Morgen an und mehrmals hintereinander.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel und sehr zentral. Alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und war sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Hotelbar ist sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die moderne und stilvolle Einrichtung des Zimmers. Die Suite war geräumig und bot viel Komfort. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Suite keine Terrasse hatte, obwohl ich anhand der Bilder im Buchungsportal davon ausgegangen war, dass dies der Fall wäre. Bei sommerlichen 30 Grad hätten wir es sehr geschätzt, eine Terrasse nutzen zu können. An der Rezeption wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Bilder nur Beispielbilder seien und nicht jede Suite über eine Terrasse verfüge. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Bilder der Realität entsprechen würden, um solche Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal im Restaurant und beim Frühstück. Sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Auswahl war vielfältig. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel aber die fehlende Terrasse war ein großer Wermutstropfen. Ich empfehle, bei der Buchung darauf zu achten und gegebenenfalls vorher im Hotel nachzufragen, ob das gebuchte Zimmer über die gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten verfügt.
