"Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back. "

"The staff were great. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good and recommended. The hotel’s facilities were ok, but very outdated. It must have been an incredible hotel long ago. "
