「L'hôtel est beau avec sa grande piscine, il est propre. Les chambres au 3e ont une belle vue sur la mer mais il y a le bruit des cuisines. L'endroit nest pas conseillé pour les personnes à mobilité reduite malgré l'ascenseur. Loin de tout si vous n'avez pas de voiture.」

「The regular hotel rooms are dated but functional, I can’t speak for the rooms exclusive to Priviledge Members. The hotel could do with an overall lifecycle facelift. That being said, the layout, outdoor facilities and the design of the building is beautiful and the staff/service were excellent, very thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. We had half board and only ate in the betancuria where food was 7/10 with some good variety. We did see cockroaches here and there but I guess that’s due to the...

「ホテルから出て目の前がビーチなので、とても良かった。食事はハーフボードで申し込んだので夜も毎回お料理が変わり飽きる事なく美味しい料理を食べる事が出来た。お寿司とお味噌汁のある日もあって最高だった。残念な事は部屋の掃除。アメニティのコットン等も初日だけしかなく、水も買わなきゃいけない。タオルも置いてくれて無かった等色々… それ以外は最高でした。」

「The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze」

「Das Essen war hervorragend und reichlich. Bei der Hotelausstattung gab es auch nichts zu bemängeln und die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist es von Vorteil ein Auto zu haben.」

La nostra stanza deluxe con vasca idromassaggio molto bella, grande, pulita e silenziosa. Letti comodi con topper e 3 cuscini di diverse dimensioni tra cui scegliere. Alla fine l'idromassaggio l'abbiamo provato una sola volta in tutta la settimana di soggiorno perché ci sembrava un enorme spreco d'acqua. Unica nota...
