"A lovely hotel in a nice quiet location but close enough to access the resort. The apartment was very clean and spacious and we had lots of space around the pool area."

"A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. Overall a brilliant stay and highly recommended."

"We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins."

"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. "First time in lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . The staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . Rooms were large and really comfortable, so we will definitely book again for next year .thank you floresta..."
