Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. 「Stayed here many times and it is faultless. This time I was here for my birthday but hadn't mentioned this at all to reception. Note was obviously taken at check in as a lovely card and chocolates was left in the room on the day of my birthday. Little gestures go a long way.」
