"We accidentally booked room without private bathroom, phoned up to change that and the lady on the other end of the phone was so rude we almost cancelled, should have as it happened. We pointed out the price via ebookers was much cheaper than the one she was suggesting but in the end were too lazy to cancell and look elsewhere.
