Lovely hotel, amazing staff. Our room was bright & spacious, bonus of having a fridge in the room. The hotel is on a busy road so there is quite a bit of traffic noise but the hotel is a stones throw from the beach. We were there on the day of the Spanish power cut and the staff were amazing, they really helped us out.

Disappointing hotel

Charges for use of fridge, safety deposit box etc., outrageous. Food in the restaurant always cold and bread not fresh every day. Ordered sardines for lunch and they were from a tin. Staff in restaurant not very friendly. Pool toilet door did not lock and no toilet paper provided. Definitely not a four star establishment.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again. The breakfast was great with a choice of cooked food or cereal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel close to beach

Nice hotel close to beach and transport very noisy in room from traffic out side room number 103 don't have need a higher floor very noisy could not sleep at all needs double glazing would stop again bot only if put in another room higher up

Hotel muy agradable, con todo lo que esperas en tu escapada de vacaciones en verano. En la playa en cinco minutos, piscina dentro del hotel. Menú de buffet libre. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Atención para resolver todas las dudas y cuestiones. Muy buen trato.

A good hotel for the price.Has a small bar and entertaiment was poor. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful.Close to beach and a variety of resturants.Pool area good. If price is right a good place to stay.Hotel is 5 mins walk from torroblanca train station.

Hotel was in the quieter part of the resort but still plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk down at the beachfront. Lovely pool area and no problem getting a sunbed.

Definitely not 4 star !

Only redeeming aspect of the hotel was that the room was clean and except for the maids all staff were rude and unwelcoming. The miserly touches like paying €4 per day to rent the fridge in the room,€3 for the safe and €6 per day for the car park all went to cheapening the hotel. Barmaid was surly and aggressive and felt put out when you asked for a drink, gave small measures but big prices. There is no room service, no iron in the hotel let alone the room, and no facility to make coffee in the room. Front door was closed at midnight and you had to wake the security guard to let you in ! You definitely felt like a customer not a guest, whoever is running this hotel has absolutely no business acumen whatsoever as it needs a complete shake up.

Rip off

The staff are not very helpfull, even though it was September , the car park had vet few cars they charged €12 per day, the nearest public places are approx 500mts away, so good excuse to rip people off. The drinks in the bar are very expensive and is the only place in Spain I have seen measure spirits! They charge if you want a cup of ice, in fact they seem to charge for anything & everything totally felt ripped off. The plus point is that the hotel is in a great position with loads of nice bars & restaurants around. It is a very clean and modern hotel. It's just a shame they feel the need to rip people off.

Opgradering til 2015 påkrævet.

Ingen park. mulighed på hotel, ingen wifi -havde ikke problemer andre steder i området! egenbetaling for safebox og alle "gæstevenlige ting" på værelser var barberet væk. Hotellet trænger i dén grad til en 2015 opdatering, eller en revurdering af stjernerne.
