A neat and tidy hotel. It provides the basics but no extras. There's no bar or restaurant. The air conditioning is rather noisy.

Recently, the hotel is under renovation. It's not convenience to access to the reception area and the exit.

Basically, a good example of "you get what you pay for." It's very cheap, and it's got a really good location, but the rooms are a shoebox. If you don't mind staying in a shoebox, go for it. Staff are generally kind and helpful, but don't expect the sort of services you're getting at a five-star hotel. Overall, good place, I've stayed here regularly.
