"Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave."

"The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. "This is a most delightful place to stay in the heart of a very pretty and friendly town. We were warmly welcomed by the Hosts family who kindly gave us some delicious local olive oil and honey. The place was spotless, equipped with all we needed and has a most beautiful secluded garden with shade and comfortable chairs and table. We stayed an extra night as it was so enjoyable. "The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. "An absolutely amazing experience to stay in a Castle is beautiful surrounds. The restoration of the 11th century castle is incredible. Step stone walkway leads up to the entrance. Francesco was a wonderful host and we had a few laughs with translation oh for technology, son Matteo was very warm and knowledgeable as we explored all the rooms of the castle. Thank you Francesco and family for sharing your wonderful castle we would love to return one day. Enjoyed meeting Heidi the mountain goat very cool! June & Owen NZ"
