Disliked: Staff & service

No staff upon arrival. Waited over an hour with several others trying to check in. Called desk and office over and over. No answer. Housekeeping staff couldn’t help. Eventually left for a couple hours and came back to finally get our room. Hotel pool and hottub under major construction
