Our family of 4 stayed at the Sarenne for a week. The location is great - walking distance to main street, the marina, and the bike path. The space was enough for the four of us; there is a little loft above the upstairs bathroom that my teenager slept in (and little means only big enough for a twin mattress and a bit of moving around). The way up is a ladder, which may be difficult for younger children to manage. The two bedrooms are downstairs, with sliding doors in each. We did not feel comfortable having the doors open during the night so the bedrooms did get warm. A standing fan is provided in each bedroom, which helped a bit. Beds and linens are comfortable and there were enough towels for everyone.
The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cutlery, and plates/cups/bowls. The unit does get a lot of sunlight throughout the day, and without A/C, the upstairs and loft area got pretty toasty in the late afternoon.
There are two bike hooks on the back patio but other than that, there is not much storage if you plan to bring bikes or other outdoor gear.
The owner was easy to communicate with and check-in/check-out was seamless. We had an issue with a left behind item and the owner was super helpful in getting it returned to us. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return!
The condo was in an ideal location. A few blocks from downtown Frisco and a few blocks from the trailheads. The owner was great with communication and the rental had everything we needed and clear instructions to help us enjoy our stay and a few reasonable requests for departure. Just a very nice place to stay.
Great location for ski-resort hopping in the area and close to the apres-ski strip of Frisco, which was a lot of fun on the weekend. Cooked a couple meals for a family of 4 and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Great appliances, TVs, office area. Only stuff we wished for was some extra pillowcases and a humidifier for us east coasters! 10/10 would stay again.
Seamless check in process. Very responsive owner. Great location, walking distance to downtown and trails. Nice amenities. Despite being August, townhome stayed nice and cool with windows open upstairs which was a concern before we got to Frisco.Dog friendly location but did not smell like dogs and was very clean. The only surprise was I did not look closely at the size of beds and they were both full size. This was fine, but we usually prefer to stay places with a queen or king. Just a reminder for me to pay attention. Otherwise it was perfect for our 2 weeks in Frisco.
Nice place for my family of four and a dog. We skied 3 resorts in 3 days: Keystone, Breck, and Vail. All within 20-30 min drive. Pets cannot be left unattended (good rule), and my wife gladly sat by the fireplace with our (lazy) Vizsla.
The unit was well furnished, clean, and very welcoming! We had a few questions, which our hosts answered promptly and accurately. We would gladly go back.
