Disappointed and had to leave early
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the property I stayed at for 3 of my 4 nights. Due to safety issues and discomfort, we left early. Our experiences did not meet the standards promised in the listing, and several key issues were either not addressed or remained unresolved during the entire stay. We did report with Stay Neighborly and we have heard nothing back. We are expecting compensation back to us.We had repeated conversations with Vacasa, and it always had a canned response back. Nothing was done to fix the issues.Sample of calls:Communication over the week with Vacasa with responses.Sunday, After checking inFrom the Welcome notebook it said, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We called the following number. 970-409-9495. The call was answered and we were told that they sending someone out to address the issue with the shower. Never heard back.Monday morning, 9:35 AM MSTMy husband stayed home from skiing to wait for service to address the growing list of issues. He called the Vacasa main number from the email. He was told that the issues would be solved and he gave them permission to enter the premises without anyone on site. Never heard back.Monday Afternoon, 1:34 PM MSTCalled again. Received the same promise that the issues would be resolved soon. Never heard back.We expect to be contacted.
