"Was here for a girls trip on a very cold snowy weekend in January. Nancy and her new front desk mate were lovely! So kind and accommodating! Our room itself was nice and spacious, but our bathroom needed some serious upgrades. It does appear they are working on the upgrades as other photos of other rooms have much nicer bathrooms. But that did not deter us from giving it five stars. The location is perfect! Close to many ski resorts if you want to ski. We did tubing at Frisco Adventure Center and it was a blast! Breck was also a short drive. The downtown itself is filled with cute shops, food spots, and the cutest wine bar! There was ample parking in the back for $15/day. Happy hour was also a nice treat. My friends and I enjoyed sitting by the fire sipping our wine and reading. I would defiantly stay here again if I wanted to be in the mountains but not at a busy ski resort. The local charm is 10/10!"

"Everything was fantastic. Friendly service, happy hour, hot tub, breakfast; it all lived up to the hype. The rooms are a bit noisy, but the place was built in 1885 so what can you expect. Would definitely stay again. "
