"We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. "

"Great location, convenient to surrounding attractions. Great pool. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of clean towels. The only thing that I can criticize was that the floor under the beds were pretty dusty, but other than that it was great."

"The house and property were wonderful beautiful. We did have to wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes for them to clean and it was not very clean. there were dust bunnies everywhere. the showers still had hairballs in them and mold but other than that it was great"

"We were celebrating my son coming home on leave from the army, the house was fantastic and cozy, the patio was a great “dance floor” once the sun went down, the stairs down to the river were a bit scary but worth it!
