This modern and incredibly luminous villa is located facing Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea.
The first floor welcomes the master bedroom with a double bed and a private access to the terrace. Here, you will have the chance to take revel in your breakfast or any other meals you’ll wish to enjoy, or just enjoy the sun rays during the warm Andalusian summer. You will soak up the salty atmosphere and relish the overwhelming views of the sea. On the same floor, there is also a private bathroom with shower.
The ground floor features another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and the cosiest living area you have ever stayed in. The dining-living area is provided with contemporary furniture and a comfortable sofa, while the independent kitchen is completely equipped. You will prepare the most delicious meals and enjoy them with your beloved ones.
Lastly, know that the whole villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.
The stunning terrace is provided with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and even a private pool, where you will spend the most amazing part of your holidays, accompanied by some stunning views.
The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.

Sehr hübsche Villa, aber die Zugänglichkeit bleibt kompliziert. Die Straße ist zu kompliziert, um sie zu befahren, vor allem abends gibt es keine Beleuchtung, die Sie nicht dazu ermutigt, wieder rauszugehen. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Fast keine Pflegeprodukte oder Toilettenartikel, was uns schockiert hat. Ja, Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden, aber Sie müssen über die entsprechenden Produkte verfügen, um sie nutzen zu können. Bevor wir in Nerja ankamen, machten wir eine kurze Tour durch Andalusien und alle Besitzer versorgten uns mit Shampoo, Spülmaschinentabs und Reinigungsmitteln. Andererseits war das Niveau der Speisen fast vollständig vorhanden. Sehr schöne Erfahrung, weil die Besitzer sehr freundlich waren.

Wir haben dieses Haus und die schöne Lage genossen, das Zentrum von Nerja ist gut erreichbar, Auto ist empfehlenswert, aber es ist trotzdem schön, die Gegend zu erkunden.

Alles war perfekt Haus wirklich gut ausgestattet (Küche , Handtücher etc ...) empfehlen dieses prächtige Haus, sehr nette Begrüßung, sehr freundlicher und einladender Besitzer (verfügbar und aufmerksam) 20/20

1ere expérience avec ruralydays et surement pas la dernière, vraiment pas déçu, appartement à l'image des photo,très très bon rapport qualité prix,propreté,accueil,soleil tout etais au rendez vous !!tout etais parfais maison vraiment bien équipé (cuisine,linge de bain etc..)recommande tres fortement cette magnifique maison,très belle acceuil,propriétaire très sympathique et très acceuillant (disponible et à l'écoute ) 20/20

Wir (Familie mit einem Kind) hatten 10 wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Besonders gefallen hat uns die helle und moderne Einrichtung und die behagliche Atmosphäre. Alles ist so, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Auto konnten wir einfach in der Garage unter der Terrasse parken. Aurora ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Sie spricht zwar kein Deutsch und kein Englisch, die Verständigung hat trotzdem super geklappt.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nerja et ses alentours, la villa est top, propre, fonctionnelle, agréable, calme, la vue est très bien, et surtout la villa correspond exactement aux photos de l'annonce. Des propriétaires très sympa et acceuillant. Nous recommandons cette villa a 100%, d'ailleurs nous y reviendrons certainement et avec grand plaisir...
