Beautiful Vacation Apartment In The "House See- und Säntisblick" EG With Wi-Fi

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house. There are 3 holiday apartments in the house. With 88 m² the apartment is the largest of the 3 and therefore perfect for a holiday with family and friends. Through the large glass front the whole apartment is flooded with sunlight. It is carefully and high-quality furnished. The natural stone - bath is equipped in a very high quality and leaves nothing to be desired. The shower is spacious and the opaque window gives the bathroom a friendly and bright atmosphere.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a normal couch and an additional sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room. One bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to a double bed and also has a large wardrobe and a door to the terrace - the other bedroom at the other end of the apartment has a French bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. The apartment is of high quality and uniquely furnished - and offers a lot of space. The kitchen, the living room and the dining room are an open area and a window offers a beautiful view of the garden. The dining area and the living room provide comfortable space for 6 people. There is a big flat screen TV to entertain you in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality. You are welcome to cook a gourmet dinner with the numerous herbs from the garden or you can enjoy a walk or a short drive to the many fine restaurants in the area. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac you are only 1 km (15 walking minutes) from the lido, only 2 km from the city centre, the promenade, the train station (6 walking minutes) and the ferry port (30 minutes by car). A supermarket is only 400m away and can easily be reached on foot. Or you can stay at home and enjoy the sun with an open swing door overlooking the mountains and the lake, or relax in our newly designed garden with a large sunbathing lawn and many eating places, which is available for all guests and is large enough for everyone and the perfect place to relax and entertain. Deck chairs, pillows etc. are of course available for your use. Enjoy your morning coffee on your large terrace with a view of the landscape and the mountains. Towels and bed linen are provided and a washing machine and dryer are also available.

Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored safely. Pets are allowed.

We hope you enjoy your stay in our apartment. We have designed it in the best possible way so that you will feel comfortable and you can stay well and comfortable even on rainy days. Thank you for not smoking in our house. Have fun!

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Netter und prompter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattete FW in guter Lage ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und nah zum Strandbad. Doppelbett super bequem. Aus dem Garten und der EG-Whg. aber kein Seeblick, wie der Name vermuten lässt. Top - gerne wieder und zu empfehlen.
