Located in the heart of Friday Harbor this newly renovated unit (in a three-unit building) is the perfect space for the mature day-tripper to go and explore all that San Juan Island has to offer and then come back and relax at night in this cozy suite.
Relax in the living room and watch a movie on the 32in SMART TV (guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming services account) or cozy up in the queen-sized bed with a good book. The bedside lamps even have a USB port to charge your device while you sleep. The unit is situated with a kitchenette, complete with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and coffee maker to start your morning off right. The 1/2 private bath is equipped with a toilet and walk-in shower (no sink in the bathroom).
This unit for 2 people is the perfect spot for those who want to explore during the day and relax at night.

For those who have a larger group, rent two or more of the connecting units. Unit #1 and Unit #3 connect.

The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.

The property was very nice But it is the first time that we stayed in a place that there was No sink in the washroom- We had to use the same sink to wash our hands teeth… where we had to clean the dishes- Very disappointing-

The location of this property was perfect right in downtown Friday Harbor. The down side was the traffic noise on the busy street. The unit was clean and well described in the listing. I would definitely stay again. Very well priced.

Loved this cute little place. Right in downtown Friday Harbor so we could walk to everything. Turned the white noise machine on at night to eliminate the outside noise. Our suite was immaculate and we would happily stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Very clean, great location except a bit noisy. They did provide ear plugs which was thoughtful. Located right next to downtown. Parking was no problem. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy corner was as advertised. Close to town, clean, with spartan kitchen supplies. Unit 1 faces the road, which makes for a noisy location. Across the street is a parking lot that attracts young loud folks at night. Ear plugs would be useful to promote sleep. Very comfortable bed and furniture.

Close to down town

Great location

Easy walking distance to everything. The noise from the extremely close street traffic and adjoining neighbors were loud at times. The noise machine helped a lot. We were there in mid to upper 70 degree weather. Since there is no AC, a circulating fan would have been nice since opening the windows made the street traffic louder. The house was very clean and close to all conveniences A short walk to the harbor.

Trip to San Juan

Overall we loved this cute place to stay. The location was perfect and everything was in walking distance. There is quite a bit of noise since the place is located on a Main Street but nothing to bad. The bed was decent. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Location is good

The location is nice, it's a bed and a shower once you're done wandering around the island. They have ants, they're trying to fix that, the floors are sandy, the home is split into 4 differnet rentals so the bathroom lay out is awkward. But you'll probably meet other travelers staying there! Hopefully there's parking for you in the back. I would say I've defiently stayed a better homes because the hosts are people and not a management companies.

Cute House Surrounded by Businesses

The house is cute and updated, but we were not aware of its location. It is in the middle of a business district and directly on a busy street. Our unit was Unit 1 and it faced the street so it was noisy. It also had a frosted glass front door which allowed the late afternoon sun in and although it wasn't that hot outside, inside it was very warm and there was no AC or a fan large enough to put out any air. We had to call the property manager and ask for a fan which he delivered two hours later. This did help drown out the noise, but the room remained warm and stuffy all night. The glass door also allowed street light to filter through, so the room was never dark for sleeping. There was no bathroom sink, the kitchen sink did double duty. The towels were gray and therefore not able to be bleached, so we weren't quite sure how germ free they actually were. They had an unusual odor. There was a bird's nest on the porch and bird poo all over the front mat that you had to step over as to not track it inside. When we arrived the fridge door was left open and it took awhile to cool off which was disappointing as we had some items that needed to be refrigerated. There was no place to put luggage except on the floor and on the sofa. We put it on the sofa because it is difficult for us to bend over to the floor and therefore we had to watch TV from the bed. The TV was too small to watch from the bed. There was also no extra security on the door, like a chain latch. The only lock was a deadbolt that you turn. This didn't feel very safe and we took our valuables with us since there was no safe, because we felt like being on a busy street someone could break the glass and turn the lock easily to get in. The other units had seating outside. This unit had a front porch, but there was no seating. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside in the cool since it was stuff in the house. Last, a small table and chairs would have been nice for dining or playing cards. These chairs could also be used to sit outside if one wanted to do so. This is a cute new place, and it is convenient for walking to Friday Harbor, but some amenities need to be addressed to make it worthy of a better review.

GREAT location!

My sister and I used this for our week stay on the island and couldn’t have been happier with the place. The best location to everything in Friday Harbor. There’s also a laundromat around the corner if you need laundry.

Best Convenience

It was a great price and most of all the convenience was by far the best possible thing. We'd shop, walk around and drop things off then head back out for the next adventure. The room itself was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Thanks AGAIN!

This cute apartment exceeded our expectations. So cute and well-appointed, we really enjoyed our time right in the heart of Friday Harbor. We were able to park at the apartment and walk anywhere easily in Friday Harbor. This is a great location if you want to be right in the "city".
