"Really loved this townhouse and the location is amazing. Close to shopping, marina, restaurants etc. Loved that there was a bathroom in all the bedrooms. Property was very clean! Showers are super small but that would not deter me from booking this place again!"

"We just got home from an amazing beach trip at Kiawah Island, staying at the Riverhouse. The house was just as described. Very tastefully decorated. The kitchen seemed liked it was newly renovated, and had all the supplies we needed. I never know if rental homes will have salt and pepper, let alone other spices, but they had everything we needed. We have been coming to Kiawah for years, and I chose this location because I wanted to be near the Kiawah River and have access to the dock for fishing and crabbing. The dock was about a 3 minute walk from the house which made it so easy to get to. We brought our inflatable kayak, and could have launched from the dock, but we just never had a chance to use it. Our 2 boys loved fishing/crabbing from the dock, and the sunsets were spectacular. I have never stayed in a home before the first gate, but the boys loved that it was an easier bike ride to Freshfields. When we wanted to drive to the Sanctuary, it was no problem getting through the security gate; they just provided a day pass when we told them we had a dinner reservation. We did have a tiny issue with ants. However, when I reached out to the owners and they took my concern seriously, and immediately responded. They had an exterminator there the very next day, and he took care of the issue. They did a phenomenal job in communicating with me both before and during the trip. They provided beach towels, which we usually forget, and had beach chairs and and boogie boards in case we had forgotten ours. We will absolutely be renting from the m again in the future!"

"The home is in a very nice, gated community with access to beautiful beaches. The home is large and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and well stocked. The living room couches and dining room chairs cushions need to be replaced as they are well worn. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
