"The location and the facilities of the hotel were fine. My main problem with the hotel service was the dinner option. I stayed there for two nights, and the only restaurant that was open was the Japanese restaurant, Hoan, and they served a buffet only. "The hotel was about 20mins by foot from the Utoro Onsen Bus Terminal, so it was slightly inconvenient with our luggages. That said, the owner of the inn was really friendly and welcoming, which more than made up for the inconvenience.
