「I am leaving this review primarily as a safety warning for other guests considering Divi Little Bay. During dinner at the resort, my fiancé began choking on a piece of steak. This was a genuine medical emergency, and I repeatedly told staff that he was choking and needed help. Despite my pleas, we did not receive the emergency response I would expect from resort staff.
