The room condition was bad.caulk around toilet disgusting. Microwave was filthy. Definitely needed a renovation. Bed was also bad. Too soft..hard to roll over in it. We left after 1 night was suppose to be 2. Breakfast was also marginal. Fruit was 4 apples and 3 tangerines in a bowl and we were there first thing in the am. We were in room 101. The staff was good. We didn't see the microwave condition until right b4 we decided to leave. That was the last straw. It's really a shame with some attention this could be a nice place.

Staff was very friendly. The room I was given had a smoked in smell. I asked for another room but they had to call someone off sight to get permission to do so. The staff doubled checked if the room had a smokey smell. The new room was fine. After a 30 minute check in I was late for a group meet. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was nice and the area clean. Very friendly staff.

No one was at the desk when I came to check in. The toilet had stains and the breakfast was less than at other hotels. But it was clean and the room was laid out well and near to what I needed

The property was very quiet and clean! The room was as spacious as advertised. The pool was in fact heated and very well taken care of! I saw multiple people with their dogs, so the hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to see! The staff was very polite. I’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel for future dates because it was a really nice stay and very affordable!

This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh biscuits coming and cleaning tables and around the serving line. We would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we go down to French Lick!
French Lick Casino- non-smoking!!! Yay!
Walked the trail between French Lick Resort and the West Baden Resort and rode the trolley back
They have horse drawn carriage rides from West Baden Resort into town and around.
If you like good German food be sure to go to the German Cafe. I lived in Getmany 11 years and miss good German food. We ate there twice!
