"Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental."

"The host could not BE any nicer or easy to work with. He let us stay late for the eclipse with no fuss. And mailed back a CPAP machine I accidentally left there. The cabin was exactly the right size for a getaway weekend to view the eclipse. Everything was clean, it is easy to find, bit feels remote. We want to explore the property next time we stay - cannot wait to find the creek! We think this could be our base when we float the Jack’s Fork. Excellent all around!"

"It was a great cabin! We all enjoyed it very much! The hill to the water was brutal. I would recommend fixing that for clients or be more up front about it. It is dangerous unless you are about 11-35! The location was great and very easy to get to and close to town."

"An absolutely wonderful experience! If you're looking for a cabin in a private secluded area that is completely safe I highly recommend the Birch Tree Cabin. It's less then 10 minutes from downtown Eminence and located in Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The Cabin is clean and nicely furnished and the host was extremely friendly and was available whenever we reached out. I will definitely stay with them any time I'm in the area..."

"Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. "We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Geeat accommodations and everything you would need was there! Close to many different places to explore! Beautifully decorated inside and great supply of hot water! "Had a wonderful time at this cabin. Cabin was well supplied with everything we needed and was very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed having a full kitchen, grill and washer/dryer. "The camper was very comfortable for 4 adults. Everything was clean. The camper has 2 private bedrooms. The area is very pretty, the Current River within easy walking distance. "House was immaculately clean, in extremely pleasant surroundings. The deck was lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings very much, overall a nice stay but there were some challenges. On the downside: We had some difficulty on the steep gravel driveway with our one non 4 wheel drive vehicle. The mattresses on the main level were extremely firm and uncomfortable. I was traveling with 2 disabled elderly folks, which I had discussed with the host; the queen sized bed sat up way too high...

"The cabin is cozy and welcoming. Two full kitchens can easily accommodate 2 families with plenty of privacy. Bbq pit, fire pit, porch with lighting with a view of the mountains is perfect. Cabin has plenty of privacy from neighboring homes. Only a few minutes from town. Close to both the Current River and Jack Forks."
